Jow Ga Kung Fu (周家拳) is a traditional Southern Chinese martial arts named after its family.
Jow Lung (1891-1919) founded the style along with his brothers Jow Hip, Jow Biu, Jow Hoy, and Jow Tin. Their Kung Fu was developed from fusing the three systems of Hung Ga, Choy Ga, and Northern Shaolin.
Jow Ga has the head of Hung and the tail of Choy (Hung Tao Choy Mei) meaning it incorporates the strong muscular movements of Hung Ga, the swift footwork of Choy Ga, and also the kicking of Northern Shaolin.
